      Pros

      Opportunities to grow and develop are endless, opportunity to work with some of the smartest people in NZ, lots of responsibility, positive culture with lots of socialising/events, good work life balance, loads of opportunities to influence, exciting work.

      Cons

      No flexible working policy, which can be a challenge for those of us who are parents.

      Pros

      It’s a good company, that will reward you as long as you work properly. If you spend your time on corners chatting, or you visit the coffee machine 10 times a day and have a relaxed lifestyle, this company is not for you. People here work anywhere between their standard contracted hours and up to double that, based on the projects requirements. You are not forced to stay and finish the impossible deadlines, but many do stay because rockets are fun, and you get a sense of accomplishment when you see a rocket you have contributed to launching successfully.

      Cons

      Can be hard work and long hours, and competition is very high. Many people love what they do, love to share it, but if you’re not able to keep up, you’ll be taxed. Management is harsh from this perspective, and any salary raise or bonus will be a direct reflection of your competency and dedication.

      - excellent quality co-workers - lots of responsibility and opportunities to learn - high risk tolerance, allows rapid development and you can get involved with more missions that pretty much anywhere else
