      Company still thinks it's a startup and they do not want to pay what you deserve. Military style thinking. Not open to suggestions.

We are stoked to hear that you are enjoying the workplace environment and that you have great relationships with other employees here at Rocket Lab. We appreciate the feedback regarding salary. We do have a number of people who come over from overseas where wage and conditions are different, however we have had our remuneration bench-marked, and for the most part we are on par with our local markets and where we are not, we are working hard to change this.
