Get to learn how to navigate a large bureaucratic machine to get stuff done.

Cons

Dysfunctional organization and poor leadership. Highly discourage designers from working here. The main thing that drove me away is how little respect they give to the role and they don't really care about your career development. They overindex on product managers, yet not many of them are not super competent nor do they sufficiently pull their weights.
