Nothing that great to add.

Cons

Toxic environment, ego maniac leadership, the PTSD you get from abuse and disrespect from leadership, high turnover all the stress you get its not worth the time spent there.

Agency is a double-edged sword. If you know your skills, tech-stack and are well versed in time management It will work. If you need to be told how to do things, look elsewhere. Sink or swim here.
