Given the smaller size of the company, even lower-level employees are getting direct asks for quick turnarounds from CEO, which can be higher pressure. However, if you are on a supportive team/have a supportive boss, you should still be working 40 hours/week 99% of the time Company has too many employees asking questions and not enough employees answering questions
