Pros

Rocket Lawyer is a great place to work at, we have a great team of engineers and managers. There's usually no pressure at all and everyone is really nice

Cons

They have this horribly outdated CMS that's a pain to work with, it was meant to be a CMS but it's now used as some sort of host for various single page applications, which messes everything up.

Cons

With Rocket Lawyer being a startup company, there's not much room for advancement or new opportunities.

I liked working for the former VP of Eng...who is now the CTO. He's solid. The amount of turnover during my time there was rough.

Cons

This company is run by the founder. Charley's decisions are injected and reverberate throughout. It is deeply engrained in the culture
