- People are really nice to work with. - There are some really smart people in the team and we are always building new stuff. - They value people and recognize them and the valuable work that they've done. - The PM I work with has been a great leader and is always shouting out for me.

Cons

- Sometimes projects take a drastic change, so some work gets trashed. - Need a more uniform process for developing projects.

- Unlimited PTOs - Nice and friendly people around the office - Health benefits - Mid management are very accommodating to their rapports - Great work- life balance

Cons

- Lack transparency of what's going on in the company. All hands meeting happens once a quarter - Unethical billing practice and everyone in the company is very well aware of it, but the CEO does not seem to care or want to correct this problem - Lack of key leaders in the company - Founder/CEO does not know how to run the company and take it to the next level. He approves/disapproves great ideas simply because they do not "go his way"
