The company has an awesome mission. I've met very smart and friendly people, and there's a good culture of open communication. Good comp and benefits.

Cons

Change management skills are a must while working here. Also, culture is not perfect but I can see how the management team and people do their best to put DNA principles into practice.

Exciting new projects and initiatives very relevant to current social , political and environmental situation. Opportunity to work with talented and hard working team members. No two days are the same - always an option to take ownership and learn something new in a fast paced environment.

Cons

Not a regular feature , but distributed teams across different time zones can sometimes result in longer working hours
