      Pros

      Decent enough package and some great colleagues.

      Cons

      No vision, no transparency and poor leadership decisions resulting in misstep after misstep. Awful culture.

      Having the chance to work on rare diseases and on innovation (gene therapies)

      Cons

      Professionalism and knowledge are neither considered nor appreciated. Favoritism towards people who are employed for many years (and in many cases not very knowledgeable) and specific ethnic group.

      Pros

      Mission, vision, and cultural values are worthwhile endeavors. Putting patients first makes for an excellent North Star. Gene therapies for rare disease which change survival outcomes are worth working towards.

      Cons

      ELT (especially those on the R&D side) is ignorant, pompous, and refuse to listen to employees with more experience and first-hand knowledge. Success should be defined by the purported North Star, but sense is that it is just lip service. Town halls exist only to inflate egos and spread falsehoods. The stated culture & values are great, but ELT doesn't abide by them.
