Pros
Usually some of the pros people list for their former place of employment is "co-workers". NOT HERE. In my experience, pros: Salary, location, work life balance, modern facility. Healthy snacks are available daily, was a nice perk. Initially, the people/ teams were great, that seemed to change as time progressed.
Cons
The cons would be: co-workers, management, micro management. The open floor set up does not allow for any sort of privacy. Overall, the team I was a part of was not productive or encouraging. Instead they very much micro managed everything. Heavy on the nepotism and favoritism. Certain rules applied for certain people. not a welcoming environment.
