      Pros

      Decent PTO, education reimbursement, cool open office space, great health insurance, free parking in Detroit, discounts/perks for Detroit based companies, snacks, leaders seem to care about your opinion, lots of career mobility, hybrid working environment, flexible with work from home days.

      Cons

      Extremely overworked and understaffed, leaders need development, culture seems to be falling apart, Rock Central is a bit of a mess (hence the title of this review). No one seems to understand the direction or priorities of the company, which makes work very difficult when everything is constantly changing. So many good team members have left in the past year due to this. I also feel as though most roles are underpaid when compared to others in the market. The career mobility is great but if you have been there a while, you end up receiving less money for promotions than if the company was to hire someone from the outside for that role.
