Amazing culture Good benefits Lots of side benefits, parties, etc Competitive time off (after a period of time) Ability to effect change Senior leadership has a vision for the company- we try many different things
Cons
In the beginning, your time really isn't your own. You work an insane amount of hours but you are told this from the very beginning. You don't make much money while starting out; however, it did not take me but maybe a year to start making serious money ($90k+) and it grew from there.
