Awful

Pros

The money is good when the market’s good. Since it’s mostly commission, when it’s good it’s really good and when it’s bad it’s really bad

Cons

Everything else. Toxic CULTure (it’s a cult), abusive leadership, 60-80 hours a week, their business model is built on turnover and bringing in new people that they can quickly train and underpay. Once you’re tenured and making better money they make up a reason to fire you.

Pros

Good training, nice office and friendly people.

Cons

The first five months are dedicated to training, which is a solid starting point. After that, you’ll be expected to put in 60+ hours a week, with most first-year earnings falling between $50–65k. On paper, that might seem like a good salary, but when you weigh it against the long hours, stress, and constant pressure, it doesn’t really add up. Turnover is high, and many new hires don’t make it through the first year due to the fast-paced, high-burnout environment. Operations are centralized in Detroit, and growth opportunities are mostly limited to traditional banking. The company also has a strong focus on “woke” culture, which may not align with everyone’s preferences.
