      Pros

      coming from another company it was like a breath of fresh air. We work hard but it is fun . I have a great salary/bonus plan. Great benefits and the people are great to work with. My leader is on the floor throughout the day and even her leader is out walking around asking question on how we are and what can she do to help improve the process. And things do get changed based on our feedback. It is wonderful to feel empowered, encouraged and challanged everyday.

      Cons

      We work 50-55 hrs a week. they have started flex time but sometimes i would love to leave at 6pm and not have to worry about a 10 hr day.

      Pros

      Money can be good, depending on how interest rates are doing. Sales is compromised of mostly the under 30 crowd so the energy level on the sales floor is always high.

      Cons

      Culture is not what it once was . As the company grew in numbers, it lost many of the original ideals and values that made it a special place to work at. Growth is limited. There is a small "inner circle" of people that call all the shots and make all the decisions. Performance will get you to a certain level that is impossible to break through, unless you are in the "inner circle".

      Pros

      benefits, work atmosphere, pay, people.

      Cons

      management is quite disrespectful and they spend most of the day sending out hate emails. Also there is an extremely high turnover rate. But thats just mortgage sales
