      Enough is Enough

      Pros

      Not nearly as many nowadays... standard stuff like healthcare and paid time off are still around... for now.

      Cons

      Tons of team members have been terminated this year. Some justified, but many not justified in my opinion. Just QL "trimming the fat," now that things have slowed down. SUPER micromanagement is now part of our daily routine at work. Operations use to have a good work life balance, but they've done away with flexibility. We can no longer come and go w/out every little minute being scrutinized. Standard things like dr appointments or the occasional change in schedule now need to go through leadership. They have set schedules and if you deviate just a minute over it could lead to a verbal warning. I use to work from home every day, and now I'm lucky to get a day or 2 a week. This company has done a complete 180 this year and it's terrible. The company talks about empowerment, but has stripped its employees of any real sense of power or decision making ability. I can't even take a half hour break if its not part of my "fixed" schedule.

      All Downhill

      Pros

      -Fun Atmosphere most days -Opportunity's to move up always available -The company does a lot of good for detroit

      Cons

      -Over the last year became incredibly cut throat, I watched many high level team members get fired for little to no reason it seemed -every day was more and more stressful -Finding any reason to fire quality employees because of over staffing -If you don't live the "culture" you get put into a box -Lots of time wasting events

      Pros

      Competitive salary, above average benefits, good experience and OK place to start a career

      Cons

      Leadership is very reactive to the market (especially since Mike Lyon left operations), consistent hypocrisy, higher ups don't even portray QL's so called ISM's and culture anymore, no more room for job growth due to the company growing too fast and now going all in on automating many processes
