Pros
Very technology oriented, much more so than other companies.
Cons
When the mortgage rates started to rise in spring 2022, many of us expected Rocket to take care of us. After all, the company has the slogan "Do the right thing". Instead, there were voluntary layoffs(although RKT will never call them layoffs to save public face), pay for bankers was cut unless you were a top producer, and the pressure to write the same number of loans as we had been doing before in the "good times" continued to rise.
