      Culture is not the same anymore

      Great people to work with. My team was amazing.

      Cons

      In pockets, the culture really sucks. People have been put into senior leadership positions who shouldnt have been and they are killing the culture that was once amazing when the company was smaller. Also, be prepared to work a TON of hours.

      Pros

      Benefits , free slushies and snacks , opportunity (depends on what position you’re in) . Nothing else to say. Culture died a long time ago

      Cons

      Hired too many underwriters... if there is no work they’ll nitpick you to death in order to find something wrong so they can write you up instead of just being honest about available work. They became number 1 and the work culture they were recognized for is now down the drain . Now it’s corporate with smoking mirrors and free slushies to keep your mouth shut and work.

      Pros

      -Good training program -Amazing technology -They license you for 15 states to start, which is unheard of in industry

      Cons

      -Never ending micromanaging from your director -Turnover is unreal, 16/26 in my hiring class didnt last 12 mo (for these reasons) -To hit goals you will need to work 70+ hrs a week and 6-7 days min -Very high stress to produce, even if you do produce you will hate your life -If you have a college degree dont even entertain the though of working here, they hire anything with a pulse -They dont care if you quit because another expendable is getting hired to take your job -Literally 0 work life balance ( I could write an essay on the cons)
