      You will meet some of the most incredible people working here. The environment is one of a kind, high creativity, for high productivity. The company will provide you with lots of perks and benefits: free concerts, after-work company parties, red bull slushies, snacks, volunteering opportunities, advancement opportunities, it's a seemingly never-ending uphill. You get to do it all, while working in the heart of downtown. Watching the city grow, and yourself grow with it, is such an amazing feeling.

      Cons

      Got sick within my first 90 days, got a doctor's note, management did not care, i was terminated. I left a good job of many years to go work at QL. I fought for my job, as i mentioned management did not care. I was left jobless for 3 months, for one EXCUSED sick day. My advice to management is to realize that we are all humans at the end of the day. The reason for why someone can't make it to work is irrelevant. This is why I am happy to now be working for a company that values me as a PERSON, and allows me to take time for myself, when necessary. You cannot grow your company, without growing the people within it first.

      -Great people -Great atmosphere -Making work environment fun -IT is open to new ideas.

      Cons

      -Very poor work life balance -Lots of politics between employees and leadership that prevents things from being accomplished -Lack of any polices or interest in making standards or polices makes it chaotic and frustration at times and makes things a mess -Leadership and alignment in IT is not there -Communication is bad across the company, specially in IT.
