Pros
It’s a paycheck but, peanuts. So if you’re desperate it’s ok.
Cons
Terrible uneducated management, hires fresh grads and tries to mold them but, pay is so low $20 an hour for a job which requires extensive industry knowledge is ridiculous. Management is a joke and really questionable how people are qualified to lead teams there based on little to know formal education. Growth is difficult. You will be lied to about opportunities within the company and promotions. You will get nothing and PTO will be held over your head. When you want to use PTO for the holidays you will be told you can’t. PTO is included in your performance review so if you take “too much” this will be affecting your performance.
