After training you are thrown on the floor that did not get the same training and then you are not on the same page. They have old culture managers leading new culture teams and there is an obvious hurdle. The leaders are trying to lead with old theories and are not changing quick enough for the new market trends.

Pay is typically lower than the industry standard from my experience and talking with others at the company.
