Downtown Detroit Compensation & benefits Team Collaboration Office environment FLEXIBILITY!

Cons

Some of the VPs in technology are rude. Feels like a boy's club to female leaders. If you don't join them, then you're a problem child. Depending on the system (unstable legacy applications) you support, the hours are unpredictable. Most managers will make sure you use your PTO to avoid burnout. Flex days are available as well. The ISMs are dead (which is completely a con).
