Great employees are asked to take on more work, but raises and bonuses can be limited. Company is a bit slow and bureaucratic - the processes can be made more efficient and agile. These issues are prevalent in any large company, and there's not too many other things that should worry people. Rocket is a great place to work that I feel does value employees and their contributions.

Terribly poor leadership from the top. Very poor working together between people and departments in the same company. New products to be developed chosen with little or no regard for what customers want, and little or no input from sales and marketing. A software company that brags constantly about how great it is and how world class while treating it's own people very badly. There have been no raises (NONE) at all across the board for 5 - 7, 8 years. This is a software company that does not give raises and only tiny bonuses - $2000 - 3000 per year. That misses its sales targets every single year. An HR department that has no respect from most at the company.
