Pros
Rocket can offer great opportunities for you to learn and grow in your function. There are plenty of people in the company who want to get together and be engaged with one another and that’s a nice thing to have in a company. Rocket offers the opportunity to try new ideas and build new processes. My team was fantastic, and I loved getting to work with them! Nice new office space as well.
Cons
There is a lot of change at Rocket. A lot of people in and out the door which has led to confusion and lack of structure in how to get things done. Direction from leadership changes frequently. Lack of diversity in senior leadership.
