Great, high energy culture, New innovation and technologies, Focus on the individual and work-life balance, Excellent benefits package and a bonus that consistently pays. In Campbell, we're adopting Agile methodologies and just had four of our scrum masters become CSM certified by the Scrum Alliance. We're consistently focused on career growth and opportunities and making sure our Rocketeers thrive. The Campbell lab is growing, we're hiring, and looking for more space. We currently have 40+ dedicated Developers, QA engineers, and Sales executives in our office on a daily basis. We're delivering new innovations around enterprise level software and putting our customers and partners first. Flexible hours, no micromanagement, and great people to work with. The benefits are phenomenal - healthcare and 401K are excellent, much higher contributions than other companies in the industry. Relaxed office atmosphere, free snacks and drinks.

Cons

Great employees are asked to take on more work, but raises and bonuses can be limited. Company is a bit slow and bureaucratic - the processes can be made more efficient and agile. These issues are prevalent in any large company, and there's not too many other things that should worry people. Rocket is a great place to work that I feel does value employees and their contributions.
