      Pros

      They take great care of their workers and provide some of the best benefits I've ever had. They allow for a lot of creative freedom in the field and will listen to ideas. They provide very well in terms of equipment and amenities. Lots of opportunity found in this company to build a career out of Great place for feeling included and heard

      They are slow to execute on new things They maintain a lot of old architecture in favor or updating and changing the standard Lots of bureaucracy They really, really enjoy their "corporate kool-aid" (it's not bad kool-aid, but corporate kool-aid nonetheless) Constant mandatory meetings to reinforce said kool-aid
