      Pros

      -Great people -Great atmosphere -Making work environment fun -IT is open to new ideas.

      Cons

      -Very poor work life balance -Lots of politics between employees and leadership that prevents things from being accomplished -Lack of any polices or interest in making standards or polices makes it chaotic and frustration at times and makes things a mess -Leadership and alignment in IT is not there -Communication is bad across the company, specially in IT.

      Flexible company, but they demand a lot of work

      Pros

      They have been flexible with work schedules in IT for years, but seems to be changing. Opportunity to join other teams and learn new technologies, room for growth. Management is not in charge of choosing technologies, technology employees are, but they do step in some times. Work can be fun.

      Cons

      Expect to work many hours. Teams are understaffed. Employee compensation is low in technologies jobs.
