Cons

Seems to be no accountability for leadership failures. Disinvestment in technology has made the merger with Mr Cooper a nightmare. Job and expectations are constantly changing but pay is not. Expected to do the job of higher paid associates with no change in pay and no understanding by HR of the fact that this is an issue. Constant mandatory overtime that doesn't seem necessary. The level of stress is insane with no concern for anyone's mental health let alone happiness. Due to Mr Cooper mentality we are now treated like low level agents with no concern for the experience we are having.

I loved working at Rocket. The culture is very accepting & inclusive, and they were clear with their expected requirements of being in one of their positions. Additionally, they were quite understanding if you had to step away momentarily or call in unexpectedly at times. I've met great people that I stay connected with since leaving the company.

Cons

The pay could have been better, but they did not undervalue the work provided by their team members.
