It is my first job out of college and is a great place to start for those with no experience in the corporate world. There is comprehensive training and the culture is excellent.

Cons

The actual role itself is tedious and frankly “over hyped” yet underpaid. The constant need for growth and taking on more responsibility without compensating accordingly is definitely a con.
