Exciting, hands on learning and Designing everyday!!

Pros

Able to learn a lot about the product and work with design engineers on new products. Most important was the ability to work and learn from some of the greatest minds in the audio field.

Cons

Toward the end of my time there was a big push to send production overseas. Rockford Fosgate is always known and proud of the fact they "Made in the "USA".
