Pros

There are some senior leaders that do hold vision for how to stay competitive and evolve the product. The amount of outreach in the automation space is impressive that team does an excellent job.

Cons

Engineering has a middle manager problem where some of them are very supportive and professional however others are totally inept. This results in you as an engineer having vastly different experiences depending on who is either supporting you or who is sitting in the way. Benefits are also quite poor with low merit increases and frequently missed or partial bonus payouts. Attendance is tracked and I was once even questioned on taking two sick days.
