      Pros

      Great products, ethic company market wise, worldwide presence, several opportunities.

      Cons

      Hypocrisy took place over the last few years whenever critical topics have to be addressed. Speech & action simply don't match except on most of the ethics matters. Senior Management do whatever is needed to avoid problems on their hands dressing the issue in a manner that let the mid employee believe they are great leaders. Maybe the CEO is really a great leader, not sure about SVPs and VPs.

      Pros

      Long travel weeks, from Monday to Friday. Not much of Work-Life Balance. Good when you are young and wanting to see the world.

      Cons

      Salary, not competitive at all. Good for young out-of college engineers. Not much of Work-Life Balance, will miss on family and home time.
