      Pros

      Highly ethical company, very customer focused. Continues to provide high quality products and solutions for customers. Great brand recognition and reputation in industry. Has a distribution network that is envied by many of its competitors.

      Cons

      Extremely conservative (too much so), with respect to achieving industry first technologies in their products. Extreme micro-management from Sr. Leadership down - very little empowerment. Often demonstrates misplaced priorities with too much emphasis placed on internal facing programs that add little value for Customers or Shareholders. In the past, Rockwell Sales and Technology Innovators used to "drive the boat"; this is not the case today.

      Pros

      Flexible very open to working remotely and promoting work life balance. Onsite gyms to promote healthy lifestyles walking paths at most locations.

      Cons

      Lack diversity in upper management positions. Very stagnate and hard to get new ideas implemented. Lot of time spent planning with very little action.
