      Pros

      99% of co-workers were good hard working people.

      Cons

      Worked there for 4 years. Rockwell had contracts to provide 24/7/365 help desk support for the production lines of some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, and let go all but one software specialist. No one in the right mind would think one person could fulfill the stipulations in those contracts, so what was Rockwell management thinking?

      Pros

      Fun People, good product. and great market share in North America. Fun to work for a leader.

      Cons

      Too much politics - you have to be part of the good ole boys club to get anywhere or be a minority/woman to get visibility. I think they are promoting good folks but if you are a white male you can't get the same visibility...don't know how to fix that one.
