      Rockwell Automation was a decent company to work for 30 years ago. One of the best in the times when employees signed up to work at a company and never left. Today Rockwell has fallen behind many other technology companies in regards to: - Slow to Change - Outdated Development Processes - Outdated Business Processes - Stale Culture - Not much is automated for a company that has automation in it's name - The last true innovation was 20 years ago

      Typical middle management in-fighting and inconsistent execution in middle management also. Ridiculous reliance on outside consultants for failed initiatives.
