      Pros

      Company culture is always open for better ways to do things. Really embraces and utilizes Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement. Pressing for change to be Proactive to customers and suppliers instead of reactive. I had managers who were flexible and understanding as long as it wasn't a habit. Great employee programs, discounts, good benefits, secure building and parking structure.

      Pros

      Interns work on meaningful projects and everyone is always willing to help if there is something you do not understand. Great people and even better culture.

      Cons

      There are a lot of cons, personally. One of the biggest cons is how certain process can take longer than they should, but that is natural for a big company.
