Rockwell is focused on getting the right people and making sure they are trained adequately and consistently. This is important so that when working with counterparts, you're all working to a common goal.
Cons
It's a big company. There's a lot of jockeying for different roles. As such you should expect relocation and job changes to advance. It's tough to really climb the ladder staying in one place.
