      Overworked and Overwhelmed

      Pros

      Work from home, not in downtown Cleveland.

      Cons

      Completely overworked, not enough staff for years now. Positions are being replaced overseas if they're replaced at all. Pay is not worth the demands and expectations.

      It's not as great as I had hoped

      Pros

      It's easy to take time off. Being able to work from home and schedule my time in the office as needed has been great and I feel respected and trusted because of this. (Covid protocols forced this into place but it is something I wouldn't change if I had a choice)

      Cons

      Lower compensation, too many people needed to make decisions at times, it feels like company "culture" is forced. It gets annoying hearing how successful the company is during the pandemic only to want to go back to pre-pandemic work schedules. Feeling replaceable, watching many team members and other employees leave for better opportunities does not make one want to stay.
