      conservative company trying to transform to high tech culture

      Pros

      Good growth this year. Good product & solution offering. Majority of the employees are hard working, dedicated, and proud to work for Rockwell. Company is very ethical and trying to improve employee engagement.

      Cons

      Significant changes in key leadership positions but still many leaders retiring while in position. The efforts to obtain diversity objectives might look good with the statistics but what will be the impact to growth and performance and the company culture. Diversity is good when achieved in the right way.

      Good People, Products Stuck in an Old-fashioned Industry

      Environment of hardworking people and get the job done attitude (sales office experience), reasonable travel for sales reps, Inclusion & engagement efforts, Ethics

      Cons

      Working in a conservative company in a conservative and aging industry that struggles to connect with and retain young people, mix of good and bad management can make for hit or miss experience, working with distributors (who tend to have white man's club mentality)
