      Good company - solid finance- conservative mentality

      Good financial structure - not a hire- fire policy. World renowned brand . You can improve and grow if you stay longer .

      Cons

      Management can be slow to promote new talents - number of years taken as a big criteria to get promotion rather than quality of work and objective achievements.salary is below par and vacation only 2 weeks

      Nice location in Milwaukee close to bay view and downtown, on-site amenities, resource groups,

      Impossible to get ahead, work feels meaningless, management wants to move finance to cheaper labor locations, managers don't know how to develop staff for next roles, it took about 6 months to get the results of the employee engagement survey and management has done nothing with it
