Need to have more better additional perks

During my time with the MES services organization, my initial experience was positive. However, after a few years, when I began discussing growth opportunities with my manager, the situation deteriorated. Despite identifying potential growth avenues within the organization, my manager consistently discouraged me and gave a negative impression about these opportunities. I have observed that growth and promotion within the organization appear to be biased and preferential. Those who are favored seem to receive more opportunities for advancement. To address this issue, I believe Rockwell would benefit from regularly reviewing and rotating management positions. When individuals remain in the same roles for extended periods, they may become resistant to innovation, creating obstacles for young and talented employees who are eager to grow.
