      I really enjoy the pace, the diversity, and the opportunities at Rockwell Automation.

      Cons

      As with any manufacturing environment, or employment environment for that matter, there can be some cliques and gossip, But overall it's minimal

      Cons

      Certain department has enclaves or a certain foreign ethnic group, and that damages the work culture, as they bring in their bad cultural practice. Management of that certain department is incompetent, baised.
