Pros

Benefits and vacation are decent

Cons

- Disorganized. Management has no idea what you do, or don't do. - Internal surveys reveal very low employee morale. The best new employees leave within months. - There is little to no incentive to do more work than the person beside you. - Promotions are based on personal relationships, not talent. - Your job can be gone in an instant if the stock market turns - having tenure or good reviews makes no difference.

Pros

Flexible Hrs Some Co-Workers nice to work with. Fitness Center is Free.

Cons

Pay bad Does not give good raises, they do not even match cost of living increase. Toxic Management When Co-Worker Retires or leaves, they just dump there work onto another Co-Worker expect them to be able handle all the work load. Hr and the legal team will cover for UN-Ethical Mangers when they violate Policies and Standards. Penalize Co-Workers who follow Policies and Standards.

Pros

A good ability to pace the flow of work without getting overloaded or feeling bored The work itself is complex and keeps things interesting There is a drive to modernize the culture, albeit somewhat poorly (see con) Direct management is for you 100% Emphasis on career growth. There is a drive to do meaningful work and be rewarded for it

Cons

Work is balanced but project management structure hasn't been adapted to fit well yet. Short term projects tend to be hindered by the structure (modified SAFe). Higher management sets dates with little understanding of what's required The company's culture itself is dated and those driving the conversion don't have the understanding of what they should reach for. Falls on employees to push for change. Much of management (business and functional) are external so there tends to be a lack of understanding of the product being made
