Executives demands constantly drive managers to focus on all the wrong things Pay is terrible. The compensation plan is convoluted and you don’t know how much you will be paid until the day before payday - unacceptable! Managers hyper-focus on the new shiny object each day. There is no consistency to build success. The sales team is re-organized every 2-4 years. It never works. The sales compensation plan has changed/cut every year for the past 4-5. Senior management is out of touch with what customers need/want from us. They insist upon trying to sell what is not wanted. No collaboration/input from employees is listened to.

Culture has changed from one of inclusion and people first to bottom line dollars. Currently a lot of restructuring and layoffs are occurring solely because they went to send jobs overseas for less pay. Entire Sourcing department (without much notice) is being laid off so less experienced candidates overseas can work for less pay. I can no longer recommend this company as a good experience.
