It really depends on which studio you work in because it is such a big office. I like the studio I am working in. Everyone is treated equally and given fair chances to prove your talents. Most people are very friendly, no drama, and professional.

Cons

Although better than the some other firms I know, we are still over worked. People constantly stay late for deadline after deadline.
