Non really. New drivers can't wait to get their training paid for so they get leave.

Cons

Lack of miles. Don't get home on time. A lot of sitting around on the road. A lot of short east coast loads. Pay tied to bonuses which no longer can be achieved. A lot of petty rules. Health insurance never paid for anything. Just a really ugly company to drive for in all regards.

Do what they say, which is an odd thing in the trucking industry. Got me home ninety five percent of the time when it was promised, and i lived in the worst freight area of Florida.

Cons

The same as any over the road driving job; long hours and bad pay for what is demanded of you as a driver.
