Growing quickly so you may feel like you have to take on extra tasks at times to fill the gaps, but I also view that as a pro because it gives you a chance to prove what you are capable of and move up quickly.

In my experience, the culture here is incredibly toxic. There is a lot of favoritism and spotlighting employees who give up their life outside of work and dedicate their all to the company. Different departments get different perks and vast pay disparities. I experienced the owners shut down diversity initiatives. I’ve also seen employees who are considered rising starts be demoted or denied promotions and forced out of the company for not upholding the toxic culture. I’ve experienced many new employees get lost in the shuffle because there is no time for training and the new employees have been put on a PIP for not meeting expectations that were not clearly set out for them.
