Firstly, they will let you go well within the training period if you're not meeting expectations rather than provide sufficient and consistent training or coaching. The brothers are out of alignment, despite the best efforts of their support staff and "rising stars" who single-handedly support the organization. It's success is based off of over-worked people. Conflated value based on flashy lunches and events for the sake of wooing investors and partners. Tragic training program and rampant misalignment between management and direct reports. The organization still has that feel of a small "family" company with the drama and clickiness but has grown substantially without the element of scalability or professionalism. Making an authentic connection is difficult as the culture relies on moving too quickly to develop them. A typical work day includes skipping lunch, working late, and being overburdened to the point of tears multiple days a week, whether you're new or have been there for years; confirmed by multiple colleagues. Breaking through was impossible and the organization refused to help.
