- Being surrounded by a great group of hard working and fun people. - Ownership mentality over tasks within an autonomous work environment - Beautiful, spacious, light-filled office with unlimited snacks, free lunches, treadmill desks and lounge areas. - Owners are easily accessible & care about the growth of individuals.

Cons

- This company is fast-paced and there are a lot of moving parts, however, everyone is more than willing to help out and you have visibility into each department.

The properties that we own and manage are second-to-none and appointed with the best of the best finishes to create a quality experience for our residents, which results in tons of succcess for our company as a whole. We are growing so quickly, and the sky is the limit for future opportunities within the organization!

Cons

Because we are growing so fast, we are constantly moving and shaking. We aren't afraid to try and test things out and we work very hard. If you're someone who doesn't enjoy trying new things or working hard, this may not be the best fit for you.

I have been in the business for a while thus coming into contact with a variety of different companies but Roers company culture is by far the best experience I have had in my career thus far. Leadership listens to and values your feedback and you can really feel like you are actually a part of something here.

Cons

I have not had an experience that I would view as a con at this point.
