I worked at Roers Companies for 4 years. Working for Brian and Kent Roers was one of the best decisions of my career. Although I left Roers to start my own business, I would not have learned the business skills or made the right connections to do so if I did not learn from these two (and many others) during my time at Roers. They empowered me to treat my job as if I was an owner and this made all the difference in how I approached challenging situations during my time there. If you are looking for a challenging, yet rewarding company to work for look no further.
