Policies and procedures can’t keep up with growth, always changing how’s and who is responsible for tasks. Very corporate top heavy with not as much support for on site teams

None. Absolutely none. This is a horrible company that only promotes horrible people.

Cons

If you want to work for a company that is an absolute mess, this is the place for you! They don’t do their homework on anything. They love to pretended that they care about the people who work for them and the people who rent at their properties, but they are full of nothing but empty promises. Management is full of uneducated, inexperienced people in their 20’s and 30’s who have no idea what they are doing.
